I am in denial. Where can I add in my license agreement within the Express C# publish section? There is none provided that I can find and I find it hard to believe that Microsoft does not want license agreements to be accepted for distributed applications. It protects them as well. Is there a location of how I can add a license agreement in Express 2012 (for Desktop applications) (maybe Express 2013 has the answer) or is there a rationale of why MS has decided not to provide this in through the Express publisher? I am looking for something simple if possible since I am trying to get this out the door now. If needed I can wrap the publisher application with another that displays the license agreement first (doubt I would do this since seems like a hack).
