how can i access Microsoft projects row click event cusing c# addins and open new custom window insted of existing MSP window

application with MSP I used MSProject._EProjectApp2_NewProjectEventHandler to access new project
event but i did not found event handler for MSP row click (or double click). I want to open my new custom window on row click event of MSP instead of existing MSP window
