making *.MSG message files

I been having some problems getting the information I need or I just don't under stand what I'm reading. Most messages are sent using the MS format of *.MSG. These files are for email and so on. I been wanting to do is create the same kind of file.

I want to create the same thing. I just don't get it. Can some one show me how to code some thing like this. Just using stream writer. I want to be able to use streamwriter to create the file.

The idea I don't get is what to start with

string header = "";
string toname = "Too Name";
string fromname = "My Name";
string subject = "The subject";

Then use streamwriter to build the file and save it.  or maybe does any one know of a class library.
