Converting a color tiff image into both bitonal(b/w) image as well as 8 bit grayscale image

Hi all,

I need to write a program that needs to convert the color tiff image into both bitonal(b/w) tiff as well as grayscale tiff image. Is it possible in C# without using the 3rd party libraries.?
