Running Console Application Using Task Scheduler

I have created a simple console application that is looking for "start" or "stop" arguments. I am looking to automate this through Task Scheduler. I have been able to launch the application with Task Scheduler but it doesnt look like the argument is being passed. Is there something i have to reference within my application in order to make this happen? Below is a screen shot of my current settings:
