Problem in maintaining aspect ratio or size with different rezsolutions.

Hello,

I've made a program but I have encountered a problem while testing it at different resolutions.

And this is at 720p: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/getfile/446484

My question is: How can I make the program look like 1080p at all resolutions? I can provide code if needed.
