After Email Attachment I delete the all files from folder but it do not delete

After sending Email attachments: I delete files after five minutes but it do not deleting and error message it is used by an other process. I clear and dispose the attachments but error is still their. if I delete after restarting application then it delete. but I want to delete files after sending mail. any suggestion ...u welcome
