can not trigger button event after deploy and  only debug in visual studio can trigger button event

i discover report viewer can not use with updatepanel of AJAX

then i remove it, and succeed to trigger button event in debug mode

however after deploy, the operation seems have AJAX, i do not know where it is.

i have already delete and clear all, 

why it still has AJAX and can not trigger button event?
