Unable to install my windows service

≪ Previous: how to cycle from first record to the next

i have created a windows service through visual studio professional 2010 , but i am getting the following errors while performing installation process from visual studio command prompt.

Please resolve my issue , i am using windows 8 pro 64-bit pc .
