Weird behavior of background worker in windows 8

Hi,

I am facing a weird issue regarding the background worker. one of my code written in background worker was running correctly when I was having windows 7 machine but now it is keeps on giving error "Error in loading dll" with windows 8.

When I kept my code out from Background worker, it works fine.

Is there something that can be done?
