Application Install

Hi All,

I have one exe named as "Installer.exe".  I need to trigger the exe file from my windows app. So i used System.Diagnostics.Process to do the installation. 

Behavior of the application is it will copy the app binaries in to windows folder and Programdata. 

If i ran the application manually it will copy the application binaries into windows and programdata folder.

If i call the exe through my windows application, it will copy the binaries only to the windows folder.

Is there any permission issue to copying into programdata folder???
