exe created in framework 3.5 can run with framework 4.0

Hi,

I created the exe using visual studio 2008 (.NET framework 3.5).

Now I want to execute same exe on another machine which is having framework 4.0 and framework 3.5 is not there .Will this exe execute without .net framework 3.5 ?
