Value cannot be null

Dear Team,

    I try to learn window phone using VS2013RC. I have a problem with this error "Error    1    Value cannot be null. Parameter name: key 0    0". I just create new project and select window phone app. After that i run and got above error. i didn't put any code into my project. Haven't start learn face with error :D

Any idea for my case.
