C# bindings + MVPVM framework - overhead assessment

Hi,

I have started a project in Visual Studio C# without bindings, and without official framework because my project manager said it was OK to start without previous knowledge in C# (I know very well Java, C++ and a few other languages)

Now the client has told us that we have to use full bindings and real MVPVM framework (I have no previous experience of any of them).

In order to assess the overhead, how long do you think it would take to learn C# bindings and MVPVM?

It's a 2,5 months project and they tell us that after 3 weeks. Is it doable?
