Client is hitting request to my service url and receiving xml response, however they are not able to intercept the response and getting "WSE910: An error happened during processing of the response message......{"Root element is missing"}".
Please help, I am really not able to give any suggestions since I am a Java gui, where is client is using VisualStudio 2012 with .net. Can someone help me please?

Is this something related to Certificate? I have shared my certificate to client for import and that also did not helped.
My second question - I am using SOAP, and the limitation with Soap is - one can not see the Header Part of WSDL, how can we ensure that the header no longer contains wsse:Security? My developers says they have removed wsse:Security for the above service URL. Can some help for this?
