WSE910: An error happened during processing of the response message

Client is hitting request to my service url and receiving xml response, however they are not able  to intercept the response and getting "WSE910: An error happened during processing of the response message......{"Root element is missing"}". Please help, I am really not able to give any suggestions since I am a Java gui, where is client is using VisualStudio 2012 with .net. Can someone help me please?

Is this something related to Certificate? I have shared my certificate to client for import and that also did not helped.

My second question - I am using SOAP, and  the limitation with Soap is - one  can not see the Header Part of WSDL, how can we ensure that the header no longer contains wsse:Security? My developers says they have removed wsse:Security for the above service URL. Can some help for this?
